Isn't this little teapot precious. I couldn't resist buying it and painting it. I'm sure you'll see it again.
There is something about teapots and pitchers that appeals to me. Maybe it's the shape or the spouts. Or maybe it's that if you put something into it, you get something back. What a great metaphor for successful relationships.

You can NEVER have enough props and teapots are some of my favorites. Especially yellow ones.
Charming.
Really lovely Carolyn, the combination of buttery yellow and that soft blue green is wonderful!
Carolyn love the metaphor...and I too love teapots, really like how you painted this one...
Carolyn, I love it. Yes, teapots are fun items to own and paint. Colors are terrific.
Beautiful!! I love this one!
NIce color combination, I like the fabric folds too and the dark darks in the deep creases of it. Good use of paint to create the sheen of the ceramic surface too
Lovely colors. I love the teapot, but I'm a teapot collector.
love that yellow and the greens. Great rendition.
Loved your bananas several posts back. Great use of the subject.
The color combination is superb.
Beautiful piece.
There is an architectural sensibility to this subject's presence in this painting! Nice!
Love the metaphor !
I love this teapot! And I really like how you handled the lights and darks in the painting.
