Another for my March show. I wanted to show off the shape and movement of the tops of the pitchers. I like the drama of the piece. The cherries were not originally in the plan, but they add that certain something. The cloth wasn't really green, but hey, that's why we artists have license.

Stunning! Definitely dramatic, and it really does have an amazing sense of movement. This is one of my favorite Finnell's!
Oh my goodness...so much I love about this! Gorgeous palette and the brushwork is wonderfully loose. I can see the shimmer of that beautiful green cloth and the way it is reflected in the pitchers. The red cherries are the perfect compliment to pull this beauty together. I'm drooling!
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!! I love your brushwork and colours, just gorgeous!
Congratulations on capturing so much movement in your pitchers! You totally managed to animate them. I feel they are joyful and full of personality! Makes me wish I had pitchers like that at home... I'd take them out whenever guest came. I'm certain it would impress them...
Also...
What wonderful magic pours out of them???
This is my favorite of all your works I have seen so far! I have loved them all, but this one blows me away!!! More, more, more... :)
Thanks to you all.
What can I say, sometimes something magic happens. If only I could make it happen.
I love my pitchers. These are just some of them. The thing about pitchers is that they are full of promise. They are made not just to contain, but to give.
Wow, beautiful! Did you know Pantone elected "turquoise" as the hot color of the year?! Yes! I just love the sculptural quality of these vases and the cherries are a great touch too!!
